I went to Krispy Kreme’s Salim AlMubarak “event” (wednesday 17th 10:00pm) as announced by Barrak (big thanks to him). I mentioned 248am and was treated well, and took some pics (he kept asking when were the pics going to be on the website, i said i dont know inshalla soon), so here’s the set [Pictures]

…and you just know that at 6pm, it’s going to be some extremely fat and loathsome kuwaiti male who ends up winning the free donuts for a year… but a) having f**k all to do except hang about for 6pm at MM, b) be ignorant enought to push past everyone else and slobber over the formerly dry display of donuts.
If I’m wrong, when we see the pic of the winner in the Arab Times or wherever, then I’ll eat my hat (but not my donut).
