  3. chris says:

haha , criticizing typos while making some grammer mistakes tusk tusk @Blogsinkuwaitsuck

  4. Abdullah Al Mallak says:

Mark, he literally humiliated you (Photo’s Topic)!!

    • Mark says:

      dude you think that’s humiliation?

      • Abdullah Al Mallak says:

Well, when you being called a show off for the amount of camara’s you got, then posting vacation pix from your floppy I-Phones .. oh yea !!

        • Mark says:

To be humiliated you at least have to get embarrassed or be called out on something meaningful. Being poked fun of because I share pictures taken with my phone and not my camera isn’t humiliating.

          • Abdullah Al Mallak says:

What ever makes you happy dude, Matter of fact it’s more about your level of tolerance, mine is already empty… i don’t take shit from any ;)

P.S your blog rocks regardless. Keep it up.

    • Del says:

Not really humiliation. DSLRs are bulky and they do not bounce. Keeping them safe is a chore. Using a mobile phone is simpler. But Instagram still sucks.

  5. aaa says:

I like what this guy is doing. I wonder how long it’ll be before he gets sued :I

  6. Mnfear says:

I can’t wait till someone hack his blog LOL!!! that will be so hilarious more than the blog it self .

  7. Caesar says:

i think that instead of getting slack, this chick should be acknowledged if not impressed by. Although her dry humour is a bit mundane, it still makes very valid points about Kuwait based blogs and their issues!

I say take it lightly, chill and have fun :)
    Caesar
P.S Until of course Kuwait Music gets slammed- LOL.

    • Patrick says:

She might have valid points but she’s starting to come off quite immature and naive. She’ll keep focusing on grammar issues even though English isn’t the first language of most bloggers, they make easy targets. I think she should ease off on trying to humiliate and try to just point out the issues of these blogs.

  8. mentabolism says:

you haven’t arrived until Kuwait Blogs Suck, disses your blog…

  9. Bilal says:

sounds funny!!!lyke blogger’s auditor, it’s true its really sucks sometimes..but other side I guess it’s good for the bloggers to improve the content, look and feel of the blog.

    As he/she also criticized on 965malls — FLAMES!!FLAMES!!FLAMES!! lolx.. :)

Mark…he always publish quality content…keep it up dude!!

  10. Abdulla says:

    Well said Patrick …

  11. Just says:

Its nice and funny now because its a new concept. What people will be watching out for is the bloggers responses to her/his posts. You can only go so far with poking fun at someone, then it becomes repetitive and boring. I give it 2 – 3 months and the hype dies down.

  12. 965malls says:

interesting comment from one of our readers (they had a tribute for us too), here it is:

This guy is clever, now every blogger n town will read his blog, and he will be getting more traffic than he ever dreamed of! just like an aggregator..

i just read his comments about mark’s blog and i think he is contradicting himself by behaving just like him – he lashed at him because of his personal opinion and all his doing is only personal opinion too! strategic mistake !!

  13. 965malls says:

you sound so sure of her gender :)

  14. 965malls says:

good to know, i’ll let my wife deal with her.. lol

  15. Caesar says:

Successful blogs are a mixture of creativity , controversy , content , Identity , and technical advancement . Unfortunately Kuwait blogs suck only has one of these , abd it’s a given that you know which one it is :)

Even russel peters ran out of jokes .

  16. 965malls says:

    you’re next caesar :)

  17. D. says:

Meh. I wanted to like it, but there’s nothing really insightful or funny in there.

“Well actually it’s 25 but one of them is “reserved” for whoever wants to shell out 100kd a month to pay to this guy who’s blog consists of 90% aggregated content.”

“Why did he buy all these cameras just to end up mostly posting using his small sensor iPhone camera with shitty filters on them.”

    One camera = it
Two or more cameras = them
    Who’s = who is/who has
    Whose = possessive

The scary part is that this person is an English major (allegedly).

  18. Harry says:

Yeah, Mark you need to share that free stuff you have been getting.

  19. Js says:

Im eager to see what she has to say about 4thringroad n 360Deewan

  20. Anon says:

whats going on at Kuwaiti blogs other than speaking of food and promoting false propaganda?

  21. spikz says:

Pretty interesting if we try to look at it positively and in a constructive manner.

She is like the really annoying teacher trying to make things right in school. Which is both a good and a bad thing. Some people like to change and some people would just leave showing their finger.

But got to give it to her, it’s interesting but she shouldn’t make it too personal. Just stick to critiquing what is wrong.

  22. lulz says:

Mark, I will defend your honor. I grew up with this blog, and I will never let anyone harm it, you, your dog Geo, or any of the esteemed regular contributors to the venerable comments section. You are all safe so long as my head is capable of smelling the air, as the old Kuwaiti adage goes. I promise you.

You probably don’t know this about me, but I am the longstanding, undefeated, and undisputed world champion of grammar and eloquence. I am an internationally recognized wordsmith and internet commentating savant; this little girl doesn’t even stand a chance. For many, I am considered to be the dual war ax wielding savage berserker ninja warlord of language. I’ve been told that I’m actually still a revered mythical being in many remote, primitive tribal communities with limited exposure to modern culture. I was flattered when that was relayed to me. But the point I’d like to make here is that I would easily destroy her.

In fact, I would like to extend an open invitation to her and her ilk, to face me right here in a no holds barred, completely barbaric, war of relentless shit talking, in which no childish spelling correction insult is beyond reach, nor a color-preference-to-sexual-orientation-inference joke too lame. I type very fast and I have a nearly infinite amount of time. Come one, come all.

Some of the other blogs she’s mentioned really do suck, though. Many of the local blogs are lamentably stupid, intellectually dishonest, self-important, glorified cupcake catalogs that are completely devoid of real content. She’s already taken down some of the worst it seems. So I’m kinda ok with what she’s doing in those instances. But not this one. This one is alright. I like it. It’s pretty cool. It’s fine by me. I don’t see the problem here.

  23. Hey Mark, I think the young blogger has a crush on you! I think she could be funny but she still needs to do some growing up. Like everyone says, she keeps focusing on grammar when she is probably still in high school. If she would just make comments that are actually funny then it might last. I never knew the cow would bring me so many hits, thank you kuwait blogs suck…. hehehe

  26. meh says:

  27. Ahmed Al-Failakawi says:
