Everyone Video Call
Just had my second video call ever and it was with K.thekuwaiti again. I have to say its really weird video calling but I think I could get used to it. I watched him give me a tour of his office and he watched me eat my icecream. Everyone in my department wants to video call now and luckily I found another guy with a 3G phone and an MTC phoneline so we set up video calling on his phone and gave everyone a demonstration on how it works. People were expecting the video to be all choppy and slow so they were surprised when they saw how fluid and clear the picture was. The coolest thing is all these video calls are for free at the moment..

i think it’s great .. the question “what does it/he/she look like” will become obsolete
so u’re saying there aren’t a lot of 3g phones out there yet?
I think 3G phones are going to get more popular now.

I am thinking about using it, but then again, am afraid of what I will see!
coquine: Unless I know what the person looks like beforehand .. I probably wouldn’t talk to them using video conferencing.
The real use will begin once they get the actual feature (conferencing) working .. then you can have a couple of people on your screen at the same time.
Thats neat. I expected it to be slow and sluggish too!

Hey!!!! i sent the “vc” msg to 99999 and nothing happened…..:| i was all excited….
