  3. Q8diet says:

Thats such an expensive burger it ought to be made of a very fine ingredient

  4. suspic says:

Expensive burgers are always too big to bite.

Except for the experienced “open-wide” mouths..

I am not sure where you guys are getting your infomation from .. but its quite off. The Chairman’s club is a restaurant/lounge/club for Burgan Bank clients .. its just an extra-service that they offer for high-value accounts.

Guys, seriously… enough with the B.S.
there is no alcohol in the chairman’s club… The “owners” know better than to attract negative attention… plus, i’ve heard it from very credible sources.

and 35 kd burger…? seriously, $130 for a burger? Unless it has some of those extremely rare truffles, or like the queen’s goose’s liver, no burger should cost that much…

  17. holla says:

yeah this alcohol BS is really stupid. there is no such thing except at embassies. i bet they WISH they had alcohol.

  18. ilsul6ana says:

Yea i didnt hear about the Alcohol..Because the ppl i now who go there wouldnt go if there was. They do say its fa5am wayed.

  19. Random Dude says:

It is… they have the coolest cinema/presentation room ever, with 20 or so lazy boy chairs!

  20. Kuwait says:

I think Comment 14 from Sakher Kuwaiti summed it up most accurate and best!

” a big plate with small thing in side it , with alot of decorations “

  21. moose says:

lol at the queen goose’s liver

  22. STING says:

    i was there last year
there was a party for the new year
the alcohol drinks was free :P
one of my freind who got a Membership invite me

  23. 3abeer says:

    ain’t worth it…

a home made burger… would be cheaper.
and atleast I know who prepared it and how. ;)

  24. Fahad says:

Buy a whole sheep for 25 KD and imagine how many burgers you can get of it. loool

  25. A E R O says:

Been there once, had free Cohiba’s, and Gin + Tonic served by blond eastern European waitresses.

  26. iRise says:

Shouldn’t members be getting it for free?

  27. teach says:

I’m surprised the Chairman eats burgers……………..

  28. uturn says:

I dined there back in 2004. There wasn’t a 35KD burger then, and I can’t confirm if there’s one in now!

But even if there was such a thing, I doubt you can just go in and order. I even can’t get in again unless I get invited once more.

Didn’t see alcohol then, but I did see an empty bar area (Its even partly visible in the top right picture)

  29. Gollum says:

    no alcohol
    no burger in the menu.

  30. lensman says:

You can get membership there only if you are a chairman. This is a super VIP kinda club. I had helped the photographer during the photoshoot. The pics u see up there were all done by the company that I used to work for. I don’t believe there’s any alcohol there, unless its being served/sold by the person hosting a party. I photographed several fashion shows held there and there wasn’t any alcohol served/sold there either. On a regular day to day basis, there’s no alcohol being served or stored there.

I also don’t believe that this burger is going to be any better than the one at Slider Station, or any other hi-end burger joint, cos as far as I remember, a small bottle of mineral water (evian) costs KD 3.000…….. I think its just over priced.

  31. lensman says:

The so called bar is not the bar table, its the coffee/tea station or something. The bar table is to the left of the sitting area you see on the pic on the top left. You can just see a corner of it. Its a bar with no alcohol. I don’t think you could call it a bar then could you???

  32. Jason says:

    Best Burgers in the world:

    1. Burger joint in New York

    2. In-n-out burger (west coast usa)

all cost under 10$ (no frozen meat, fresh only!) – both restaurants serve 1 kind of burger only and i mean only ( and of course drinks and fries too)

  33. hammoodee says:

oooh i’m sure they also have the five elements in the secretive club held by five chairmen on a round table that opens up into a giant portal to other universes..

    pleeease

  34. buslayeem says:

oh and by the way, they have odor neutralizers there, meaning no matter how fat and stinky a chairman’s fart would be underneath that pimped up di$da$h fabric, you wont be able to spot the chemistry no more than 3 seconds after its initiation.

I hate it how people say there is alcohol, as if they had every bottle in existance, there is only 1 kind of alcohol and its within 1 type of beer, out of 10 other beers which are all alcohol free, and that beer is stella artois costing 9.5kd a neck.

I went with the eldest son of the chairman of rawdatain water bottle company in kuwait, hes my best friend, i spent my first and last 70kd within 45minutes there.

  35. Mneera says:

My father has a membership there. I was shocked by the prices, and the food was not that good at all. The burger was about 25KD. The Surf and turf was worth 35KD. However, the view up there was breathtaking.

The “butler” came to ask if we wanted to watch any latest “uncut” movies. Also, a huge room with little safe boxes..or whatever they call it, for cigars.. Each member has a cabinet. I can assure you that there was NO alcohol.

  36. adriana says:

aaaaaaaaaaa,k,i read all the comments and i was working for cck 3 years,i m the blond european, and its not thrue about alcohol there its not alcohol at all.about the prices mabe, but dont forget its a private club onlly for VIP,not a club for the indians and bangali, sooooo pls….

  37. nyx says:

OK.. this is for 37! Who the Eff asked you to be racist here.. Indians and Bengalis? Get a reality check woman… Incase you forgot, perhaps the next time you visit City Centre to purchase your monthly groceries, keep in mind the owner is Indian! The top banks and BFSI (Banking Finance Sales and Insrance) verticals (which actually help Kuwait’s economy apart from Oil and in turn which helps you make ends meet) in Kuwait are actually employing Indians to lead teams! The Oil and Gas Sectors are taking in Indians with engineering backgrounds. Just because there is a dearth of high paying jobs in India to the population boom you just close your eyes to the reality and very easily pass a judgement on the basis of their job descriptions you were dealing with! LOL! Kindly put a fuckin lid to it when you try to castigate a community… I wonder where you come from? Maybe some God forsaken Eastern European Country who just attained freedom and democracy from the erstwhile Communist East Europe Bloc!! One last thing have you heard of the term or phrase “Got Bangalored”.. look it up on google.com! I would get paid in Sand to see your face when you get the meaning of it! ROFL!!
    Soooooooooooo now you pls…….. hahahhahahhahahaah!

  38. Josh at Fahaheel says:

Sounds great, what member wants to invite me? Thanks!

  39. akk says:

the 35 KD Burger was made out of Kobe Beef.
    This why the high price.
    Thats all.
