Saw it yesterday… Love it.
it does change color: yellow, magenta, green, blue, blue/pink, pink, mauve, red, pearl white then starts all over – if you live in Muthanna and look outside your window, its hypnotic!
I think it’s cool. Just a few more buildings dressed up like this and we can have a block party. :)
Mark .. I advice you to change the subject title .. its kind offensive to the ministry which is belong to a government sector .

I know its just an expression but you need to think twice about these subjects .. Will you call it with the same name if it was islamic affairs ministry ?

i really liked the decoration , and liked the title u used :D the best area in decoration is that one the stock exchange lies in , i didn’t think there will be lots of decorations this year though, but there is! it’s cool!
