Video: Fun at Work
Awhile ago I went and got a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi and 1 roll of Mentos to try the experiment I posted about last week. When I got back to the office I called some friends out onto the roof-less balcony so I could show them this cool experiment. Since I didn’t tell anyone what was going to happen they nearly all got sprayed including the cameraman as you can see in the video. The Pepsi fountain hit 3 meters high although it doesn’t really show in this tight shot clip. Download the video and check it out. [MOV 115KB]

Fountain test is new to me! hehe cool! I am sure it was great fun time for you at office. I heard some guys drink pespi mixed with aspirin or something which makes it more stronger! may be its a false story, but thought I would mention it!

dude.. how long did u keep the mentos in the pepsi …. so basically i just take a bottle… put in a pack of mentos.. close the top for how long..
no as soon as you empty all the mentos into the pepsi bottle you will get a fountain instantly. make sure you drop all the mentos in together quickly. i took the mentos out of the pack and then created a tube out of an A4 paper. i put a CD case at the bottom of the tube and then filled the tube with the mentos. i then lined up the tube over the bottle and then quickly removed the cd from the bottom, the mentos quickly fall into the bottle and you get the fountain.
