    I like. I think this is the international paint for traffic police as i have seen it in couple of countries lately

      England based actually (UK). Kuwait police force probably has a British adviser, there are many similarities, especially those new bright colors.

    Its a BMW that I mistook for a Kawasaki thanks to its stupid front lights :/ I only noticed the badge later.

    I think they could have done a lot better. The Guzzi Norge Police Package, for example:
