im not an extremist or anything, but doesn’t it sound kind of wrong to make it into a hotel, shops, etc? Taj Mahal is “the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world’s heritage”.
It’s a replica. They’re not turning the original into a hotel. Nothing wrong with that.
I agree with you. I think replicas like this cheapen the original. It’s not unique anymore.
