I am SCREWED

So last week I bought two tickets to London since I am going to be there from the 27th of January till the 31st. Well today I wake up and check my email and it tells me I can now check in. I look at the email closely and it turns out I booked the tickets for December 27th and not January 27th! I now can’t fucking change my booking online for some reason, British Airways is currently closed and the flight is 8:55AM tomorrow! What is there I can do?? I have no clue how I booked December instead of January, no clue whatsoever!

Update: I couldn’t cancel or change my online booking because the departure time was less than 24 hours. I couldn’t get a hold of BA in Kuwait or UAE. I tried calling the UK office but it kept giving me errors since the number I found only works if you call from within the UK. Finally I tried with Skype and I got through somehow. The BA agent on the other end of the line was extremely nice and helpful. He fixed my booking and saved my ass basically. I think this is the last time Nat is going to make me handle anything related to traveling especially after my last fuck up in Paris!

    I know how disappointing it is… I would try to call another British airways call center other than the Kuwait one. Maybe Britain or US…. Its better than losing a ticket

    Nats in Lebanon so I told her to call travel agent or BA office there. If that fails will call the UK office and if that fails will just have to go to the airport tomorrow morning and see what I can do.

    Go to London tomorrow, buy a Tamiya car, come back, buy a new ticket for Jan. 27th.

    you can do one thing , cancel the booking online and keep the ticket number with you , and tomorrow call british airways office and put new dates on the ticket.

    I did email them but by the time anyone would have received the email the flight would have already taken off and I wouldnt have been able to change my booking

    Dont worry Mark , happened to me last July and my flight within 2 hours but did not reach it they transfer it to me to another day & time

    call BA in London they will do it for you

    I did that on my honeymoon, arrived in Hong Kong at 10:30 at night, where someone from the hotel was supposed to meet me just outside the plane door, didn’t find anybody, called the hotel, but they said they didnt have a booking for me.

    As i was talking to them, my wife noticed that i had booked the hotel for february instead of january, i felt like a complete idiot.

    thankfully, the hotel had the exact same room available, and had one of their agents at the airport, he got to us, got us through baggage claim and customs and all the way to the hotel, amazing service, but i only relaxed after i got into bed that night, not a second before.

    The hotel was mandarin oriental by the way, and it was amazing.

    Good to hear you got everything sorted, with so many people wanting to get away during this period, i think BA were glad to change your booking, and give it to someone else.
