Give the guy some credit, recording with one hand, driving with the other and he still managed to avoid the car swerving into his direction :P

The driver was either drunk, on drugs or having some serious health issue.
That video was irritating ! I was like now now now the car will crash. And could even see the crash well !
So if a driver drives so irresponsible on the road, all he gets is fine ?
Kuwait should make better laws than increasing fine fee ! It does not save life or property !

Ok so I’m just curious to know if Kuwait has any system of reporting reckless drivers ?? What if I see a douche like the one in the video and I need to report the driver.. Do the cops take such complaints seriously ??
I don’t think we’ve ever driven that bad. The driver must be vegetarian.
We probably have enough videos of this guy to have a whole show called “The adventures of bu 3agaad in kuwait”. We’ve all seen him, the guy flying in the Emergency lane with the bbm on the back window. Also, he’s the same guy who doesn’t like to wait the extra 10 seconds going around the round about but prefers to cut it short and goes against the grain. He’s also famous for his donuts inside major intersections like the 4th and 604.
In the bu 3agaad show he has superman abilites and is never injured, and after totalling one vehicle he has instant access to another vehicle worthy for him to display his prowess. Preferential vehicles include : 90′s caprice, 80′s nissan z, the infamous white landcruiser / or equally worthy white nissan safari, white crown victoria,

Nobody stopped to think that maybe that piece of junk 90′s caprice had trouble with his brakes ?.. And he was trying to slow it down by going over the bump in the emergency lane. Even when he hit the road block, there was no brake lights!!
He could have put it in Neutral and pulled parking breaks every so often if he wanted to slow down.

Yes , if his emergency lights were flashing and he didn’t keep pressing the accelerator everytime.
The crazy driver was too thrilled that he was breaking the law that he just forgot to press the brakes.
