i don’t know that much about blogging but i think you should use some “auto ping services”
it is up to date, when i post it here it posts it in the rss. check it yourself manually if you would like by going to:
http://248am.com/rss
you might have to decrease the checking interval in your software. that could be the problem.

the rss is up to date, there may be one minute lag or so between posts and rss, but it is very up to date and i always use it.
I use to respect bentley but after this video it seems that thier status has dropped a few notches in my opnion.
Not only is the driver un-skilled and seems to be a complete anal stretcher .. The Passenger must be taken to a pig a farm, lubed and let the pigs do their work all day and night.
In conclusion, 300km/h on a straight public road is not something to be proud of
But 300km/h on a race track with a professional instructor is something to be proud of
The funniest thing is the intro, what jacasses!
