I’m a Street Fighter fan but don’t think I’m good enough to play in this tournament and I don’t think anyone wants to watch a 30-something gamer getting his ass kicked by a tween. Here are the details if you’re interested:

Gaming is finally getting its recognition in Kuwait.
Cool stuff.
Kuwait has been having fighting game tourneys for a long time it’s just people have been ignoring FGs until SF4 came back and revived them 😛
I am soo exited about this ! but its on which platform and if its xbox then i am surely gona lose because the controller of xbox sucks for me and oh speaking of controller i really hope its not that Arcade Box Controller. and whit whom we gota compete with ?
Last tournament you can use the ps3 controller or they have madcatz TE arcade sticks if you want to use that.
With whom you will compete with? I’m pretty sure it will be the other people who join the tournament.
PS3 and you can bring your own controller/stick
Most of the good players play on sticks
It is actually very intense. We have some really good players in Kuwait that have competed in international tournaments.
Dude you are scaring me ! i really hope no pro players know about this competition ! hehehehe ;D
Dude all the Pro Players know about this Tournament, and as the TweeZ said you can bring your own controller and mostly they run the PS3 version in the tournaments.
we might go there just to cover the tournament.
it reminds me of the old days really back in “البرج الأبيض”
Would love to enter, but probably will get my ass kicked on the first player lol, If only it was Mortal Kombat :/
they did have one for MK last week
I doubt the gamers in this competition are tweens 😛
Yeah some of these guys have gone and competed in Japan and are in their 30s. One of the guys is well known for certain fighting games even in the states thanks to The Internet 😛
Believe me you’ll find that most of the hardcore competitors are 20 and above, 4 of which went into an international tournament doing quite well. The gaming scene in Kuwait is very active, but hidden XD
Most pro players go to White Tower in Salmiya.
There is actually a Tougeki Qualifiers tournament to be held for free. The only condition is winning team willing to pay for their Japan trip.
the picture is awesome!!!
