This won’t work in Kuwait. We need a giant dome to cover the whole city to block out 90% of the sun, either that or we move everything underground.
That would actually be amazing and people all over the world would prob come visit to see “Q8 Cave City” LOL imagine the tourism revenue and we don’t even need to leaglise alcohol hahaha
Montreal has the same issue except with the cold so they built an underground city. makes sense.
I’ve done research on exactly both of these ideas. A dome would be an enlarged version of the Millenium Dome. Going underground would save an enormous amount of energy, since sub-surface temperatures are much cooler. It would also free up land for other uses instead of the unsightly, energy-hog concrete structures we see today.
Ice packs right on your chest and abdomen? Perfect recipe for getting sick.
oh! saw this on Oprah sometime ago. There is a little girl in the US whose body cannot regulate temperature. Since her body heats up very quickly she has to wear vests like these all day long 🙁
