It’s a poor attempt by Apple to try to get some more poor fools to part with their money by selling them 6 year old technology in a new jacket.
The minimum one should look to buying is a Nano. Anything else is a complete and utterly useless joke!
IMHO i think the shuffle is nothing great but atleast this one is waaay beter than the old one. but i still like the MobiBLU DAH – 1500, its cute, tiny and has a screen.

the whole point of the shuffle is that it’s small and it has no screen. It’s not meant to be used as a “primary” MP3 player. It’s meant to be used for when you’re doing something while moving and you dont want to have something bigger to carry around.
I think it’s pretty cool. The design works very well and it’s neat.
