For those of you with Gulfnet who were having difficulties accessing my site, everything seems to be back to normal again. I tried to contact them to figure out what was going on but their email form on the website kept giving an error so I contacted them on twitter and facebook but they ignored me and when I finally called them up to complain, the customer support rep told me he couldn’t file a complaint for me because I wasn’t a customer. So thanks to everyone who contacted them about this, my guess is my blog was blocked accidentally or they had some technical issue.

“Fuck gulfnet” seconded. After their leading role in the capping fiasco, and the way they treated their paying customers, they’ve earned a perminant spot on my shitty-companies-i-never-deal-with list.
It’s unfortunate that people are still conduct business with them.
They called a few days ago to check and make sure everything is working fine. What a coincidence that that would happen around the same time that my contract with them is ending…Fool me once, I guess.
They blocked numerous sites last week including yours. All of the sites are unblocked again, including some torrent sites. I don’t think they personally targeted you or at least I hope not.
