I won’t be posting anything today because I’ve been invited to fly out and spend the day on a US aircraft carrier thats currently somewhere in the Arabian Gulf. I’m not allowed to share any more details for security reasons but I will have my camera with me to take photos. I’m obviously super excited and I’ll be posting all about it once I get back to Kuwait.

Damn! I’m extremely jealous right now!
Nothing much I guess! When you come back, Been on “ship” “outpost” try sub next time.
Sorry! To spoil your moment, but try living a soldier’s life. So very methodical, just so boring at the end of the day. But they do great job, guarding our nations and borders. What action pack you see in movies, is once in life time they are trained for.

Cool beans! The closest thing to an aircraft carrier that came to Kuwait Navy Base was the USS Iwo Jima.
I wanna witness a take off
They call it a “launch” on a carrier.
Cool!! Envy you! π
On second thoughts, you should take a photographer like me along for such stuffs π

Harry S Truman?
from the looks of it, I think that should be it.
Arabian Gulf?
Is that near Narnia? South of Mordor?
How did you manage to pull this off ?!
Sounds like fun!
Now that’s wicked. Some next level blogger shit right there! :O
Ah – the americans finally found an avenue by which to give their warmongering a positive spin in the region!
And pussies like you are usually the first ones to snivel, “Why don’t the Americans do something about this?” You can’t have it both ways.
Everyone hates the Americans until sniffling bitches need/want our help. Rather you just say thank you and be on your way.
Yes, the US certainly helped the ME region blossom in recent years.
Oh wait, it’s a clusterfuck! Thanks assholes.
Eli, now lets back up to 1991 when no one else stepped in until the US put together the coalition force. Leaders wanted us chasing Sadam back to Baghdad, but didn’t because it was not the objective, freeing Kuwait was. Remember that fact come next weekend.
Fast forward to present day. If cabinets could stop focusing on how to line their pockets and instead how to better their people and country, this area wouldn’t be a shithole.
We mistakes made, yes, and you can blame that on the guy in the White House for pulling out with no exit plan and leaders told him so.
The US has done more for countries then you could fathom. Goes back hate us until they want or need our help.
Have a nice day…
LOL. Tom owned Eli.
really? That’s not what it looked like to me.
Enjoy! Remind them to stay away from Iranian territory or we might see you on the news.
You’ve already divulged too much information Mr. Makhoul. I’m afraid you leave us no choice….do your random selection trick and get two of your readers to tag along.
**** you. I’m jealous! xD
Wow
Enjoy that fine Navy chow!
Wow! what’s next, the yellow submarine? π
Being on a carrier during flight operations is pretty cool watching the orchestrated chaos take place.
