I still haven’t been to the Museum of Modern Art in Kuwait but after receiving the image above it looks like I’m headed there in the morning to check it out. We have a MoMa in Kuwait? Is it related to the one in NYC or just a coincidence?
It’s been around for years, there are some interesting pieces by local artist from the second half of last century in the permanent collection.
A favorite museum of mine in Kuwait. One reason is that it is located in one of the oldest pre-independence era schools. The place has been open since 2003.
