They finally opened the roof tonight at Marina Mall. I’ve only seen the roof open once when they first opened Marina Mall, since then I tell people that the roof opens and no one believes me. So here is the proof!

yeah, i think they do that just for the mood, the moonlight and all..no one would want open ceilings in a kuwaiti day..too hot.
