Massimo Dutti shut down

A friend of mine was at Marina Mall today and noticed that Massimo Dutti was shutdown. Now what I am curious about is the yellow sticker which you can see above. Whenever I see a shop closed down it’s usually with a red sticker. Does the yellow sticker mean something else?

Thanks Q

Update: A reader responded with the following bit of information..
The red sticker is referring to a violation of MOI rules
The yellow sticker is referring to a legal case

I asked someone who works in legal… it means it was closed by a court order… such an order could be and i am saying that IT COULD BE not necessary what happened… it could be a case against them being not paying the rent only for example… if they don’t pay a rent that is 21 days overdue the owner of the premises has the right to close the place down with a court order in preparation for evacuation…

or it could be some other legal dispute… if all the branches of Massimo Dutti are closed it means a dispute against the brand itself while if only one branch was closed it could probably be but not necessarily a rent that is overdue…

7safa 3leeh 3ad i like their clothes…

yeh its a bit of a shame as their collection was quite nice, ah well, you loose one and another pops along

unnecessarily by MOI sometimes the Red Sticker We call it in Kuwait Red Wax (El Sham3 el A7mar) means its closed without a case order (Work In Progress), such as closing a shop or restaurant who sells expired food by Kuwait Municipality.

Their branch @ the avenues is open! Was there today & heard one of the staff talking to another customer & told her that one of employees gave, and I am quoting,”A VERY WRONG ANSWER to one of the influential people who popped a question & that caused the whole dilemma”!!
