This top 10 list is crap and was taken from Cnet. I don’t understand them, the Top 10 list includes four phones! Who must have all these 4 phones?? They should decide on 1 phone and have that on the must-have list. Anyway, here is my Top 10 must-have list:
1- Tivo (Philips Series 1)
2- Sony PSP
3- Apple iPod (60GB, video, black)
4- Sony Ericsson K750i
5- Nikon D2x
6- Apple PowerMac Quad 2.5GHZ G5
7- Audemars Piguet Juan Pablo Montoya Chronograph
8- Lamborghini Murcielago
9- Barco Computer Display
10- Shure E4 Earphones

Out of the things mentioned by Cnet, I only have 1 thing,
4. Sony Ericsson W800i
Definitely on any top 10 list! Seriously one of the best gadgets ive had recently! I use the camera everywhere now, the quality is great, tried the same pic from this and the N90, no competition! My phone blew the nokia away in terms of picture quality! Even though both r 2megapixels, weird!
MP3 things rocks too!
The N90 does suck and its huge and ugly.
1. Bugatti Veyron
Didn’t you forget that one? π
I got the N90 for free, although I expected a 280KD phone to operate at it’s price, it’s lacking in many parts where Sony have picked up. Should sell it soon. π
I would love to make a switch but I am not sure I can get used to SE easily :/ I’ve been using Nokia for the past 4 years :/ So kind of know the menus and stuff by heart.
Yesterday i bought SE k750,
great phone with great camera
I want the 30″ HD Apple Cinema Display. *drool* :o~
Oh man for sure SE … I am currently Stuck with the K700i, It is one of the best phones out there, the only thing it lacks is a memory card slot …..Otherwise i wont exchange it for anything else … well maybe the new SE P series phone symbian based phone…. BTW .. TIVO in Kuwait, does that really work, i heard rumors and saw some pics of people using it, how is it possible, and does using it in Kuwait means we have to scarifice some of it’s features..?
Which is better K750i or W800i? And what is the difference in price between the two and should I switch from Nokia? :r
the difference between k750 and w800 is the following. The w800 u can listen to music with the phone turned off and it comes with a 512mb memory stick instead of 64. thats all.
fractal i got tivo running, actually its because of tivo-guy (rami.info) he set things up and him and me are the only 2 people in kuwait with tivo.
Man if only I had Tivo. It is the No. 1 Must-Have for TV fanatics, and the casual viewer.
I don’t think a car counts since it doesn’t fall under the ‘gadget’ category π
guys! add the k-jam…seriously as phones go its amazing; and its an mp3 player, and its windows (which is the crappy part to be honest) and its got the biggest bestest screen)and you can watch full movies on (wusing removable media sd and mmc cards) and like seriously???

hey mark, ive been thinking of getting a black ipod video for some time now but im waiting to see if it recieves any complaints like the nano had.. but so far so good.. what do you think? should i go ahead?? π im really feeling nervous.. thx π
well i have had my own preorder now for 2 weeks on amazon and it still hasnt shipped. i have read complaints like the nano about scratching. seems the ipod video is prone to scratches as easily as the nano which sucks. but since apple have somewhat of a monoply on the mp3 market you really dont have another option. so yeah its good to get.
I have the k750i too and it’s awesome. Paid 135KD for it if I remember correctly. I’m super happy with it.
Oh, and screw tivo π Can make a HTPC that serves the same functionality and looks nice too, with the right case, lol. That’s my preference though.
Nat has the K750 while I have the K700. The K750 is a way better phone but I feel more comfortable throwing around the K700 which I got for half the price of the K750.
william but u will miss out on the tv guide and the season passes that come with it π
has anyone heard ov the nokia 888?…this should definitely NOT be on the must have list…heres the link http://www.chip.com.tr/ haber/oku.asp?ID=211 (sorry couldn’t get a english link)
k750i doesn’t tell you WHO is sending you bluetooth files, and you can only add one “home”, “work”, “mobile” and “email” detail per contact.
3baid with new firmware r1n035 ,you know who send the bluetooth file but after you accept the file π
So far I have an iPod, but the Audemers would not be on my list for watches. For that I must have an IWC Pilot’s Spitfire Chrono Automatic. And the Lambo will just have to wait.
And ya know, the D2x is rather pedestrian, I say an Leica R9 with DMR is more in keeping along the upscale lineage…
Does United Networks 256 kbps connection have enough bandwidth for a slingbox or locationfree?
And BTW, you should change it to PSP Slim!!
