Allsaints Coming to Kuwait in February

allsaints

Allsaints is one of my favorite fashion stores and they’re opening up in Kuwait next month. Their first location will be at 360 Mall right across from Nike where Desigual used to be located. It’s not Alshaya who are bringing them but instead the UAE company Majid Al Futtaim. Majid Al Futtaim are the same company that brought LEGO to Kuwait so I’m hoping the pricing scheme of Allsaints won’t follow LEGO’s formula which is just doubling the cost of everything.

YES! finally! oh wait, this comment on the wrong place, oh well nevermind, I guess, you can relocate this, much easier than me stop writing, and go to the other one that i got excited about, I start to think maybe I shouldn’t press comment, then again I am very lazy to re-write yes and finally.

Are you sure its an “official” brand store? I only ask becuase some the so called brand stores here are actually not official stores. I wont names the stores becuase I don’t feel like getting slapped with a lawsuit but due to the way laws are in some GCC countries its actually easy to open a store using the name of another company. You can even get away with using the same logo as long as you make certain changes that may not be too obvious. I have personally contacted some companies inquiring about their socalled official stores in the Gulf and they have states that they do not have any official stores in the Gulf. They have even mentioned that they are currently in legal talks with the owners of the socalled official stores in the Gulf. You also have to understand that many companies will not francise unless they own 55% of the franchise. Some companies like MacDonalds and Burgeking will make an exception but companies like Apple will not even franchise. Instead when they open in a country they own 100%, which is why they wont open in Kuwait at the moment.

The following is a response from the actual Lego company. I sent it to you via email but it’s possible that you didn’t recieve it.

Dear Ibrahim,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.

I’m sorry, but at the moment we can’t send purchases from the LEGO® Shop service to Kuwait or Dubai. We also don’t have any official LEGO store in Kuwait or Dubai. Maybe the owners means he has Official LEGO sets to sell? But as of right now we don’t have or have ever had a LEGO store in Kuwait or Dubai. We’re hoping to expand our offer to include more countries soon so we may be able to help you in the future.

To see where we currently ship to, select “”Change Region”” in the upper right corner on LEGO.com/shop. If you know someone who lives in one of our ship-to countries, you could place an order to be sent to that person. They could send it to you privately after that.

You could also check your local toy shop to see if they’re able to get you the LEGO sets you want.

Listening to what LEGO fans have to say helps us get better and better so I’m going to pass your comments on to the LEGO Shop team.

We want to make sure we’re doing a good job for you, so you’ll always find the link to a four-question survey in our emails. Please tell us how we did today:
