no wonder they don’t know his whereabouts, they got the wrong country.
You would never see this geographic failure on BBC, Skynews or any other news channel in the world. It’s a fact that Americans are bad in geography, but for CNN to do that? Sorry, guys. I’m sticking to British channels. Educated, experienced, eloquent, & better at geography than Americans. This is not an anti-American rant. I just prefer to watch news/broadcasting channels where I don’t have to correct the anchormen/women & tv personalities.
Although, you’re right about Americans… Their general population defines ignorance.

A few years back When there were threats from Saddam to bomb Kuwait, LBC news reporter went في حارة السالمية lol…
Didn’t they do the same mistake a couple years back during the Russia-Georgia conflict and had a map pointing towards the state of Georgia? lol
I think this is picture is edited by somebody, because the word Lebanon already appears clearly with a smooth drop shadow, were as the Tripoli appears on a speech bubble with outer glow.
Have a look at it closer once again, what do you guys think?
