Cheese Factory Cafe

Spotted the above at Sultan Center Shaab. It’s for Alban Dairy and I’m guessing they’ll be selling cheese there but no idea how it’s going to be a cafe. Coffee and cheese? Not sure about that…

If you build it, they will come. It’s food. People will find their way in even if it tastes bad. And 6 months later, it’ll be some weird-ass trend where everyone buys frozen cheese for over-rated prices.

Cheese factory cafe? What a stupid, and stereotypically retarded arabi ripoff, of the name Cheesecake Factory. Is it located next to Google Laundry by any chance? lol

I,m with PFunk. They are trying to copy Cheesecake Factory that is obvious in the name chosen. They will be serving cheesecake. Don’t worry Al-Shaya, who I heard is going to locate his headquarters in England now, they can never compete with the wonderful Cheesecake Factory, that will be packed when it opens in Avenues 3 in September(?). Looks like it is progressing, let’s hope they build more parking.

The name was derived from the fact that the owners actually own a cheese factory. To add to that, they proobably dont make cheesecakes. It’s not a rip off, so just relax.

I visited the Cheese Factory and was very pleased. I have been looking for Manchego cheese for quite some time (Dean & Deluca dont always have it) and finally found great options!

It won’t be the next Starbucks but I am excited about this place. And the service was knowledgable and friendly too!

Oh then since it is next to Starbucks with have to umbrella in cigarette smoke flavor in the cheeses – gross.

Smoke travels and if it is next to Starbucks which allows open smoking because it is considered a ‘cafe’ the smoke will get into the taste of the food in the next establishments and you will have to gag to eat there. They should ban smoking inside the mall entirely like every other country in the world.

Sorry guys – tough morning – I thought someone said it was next to Starbucks #@#$ I love to go to Starbucks outside Kuwait, but in Kuwait that sorta hits a nerve because of the smoking and they charge of Wifi – they don’t in Dubai.

This place is great. I cheezed out on the Manchego cheese. Plus the dude that works there – crazy hair with a big belly full of the finest frommage in town, is just soOoOoOo dreamy!

Yeah, I visited them on Thursday morning. They might take the products off display in the evening. But Mark, thanks for clarifying the Starbucks issue and you gotta try Manchego (with a side of green grapes)!

Their manchego brings me back to my days as a young one, roaming the hills bare footed with the wild horses, mountain breeze on my bare skin as we danced liberally among the Lillies…

Or was it just the clerk with the cool hair who seemed to really know his cheese that did that to me?

Either way, I’m going to be going back for a little (or maybe a lot *fingers crossed*) more of EACH soon enough!

People, they are called the Cheese Factory because they are one. No relation to CheeseCAKE factory..

Apart from the imported cheeses, Alban Dairy make arabic cheese here in Kuwait in their farm in Wafra.

As for the ‘cafe’ bit, they will be providing sandwiches and salads as well as drinks.

Worth a visit. Their manchego is out of this world. They’re also receiving some camambert, brie, and gruyere cheese from France that are simply delish

Yes, they are a cheese factory… but

Cheese Factory Cafe
Cheesecafe Factory
Cheesecake Factory

The name is really close, only one letter is different.
