I would love to spend a day inside Zaha Hadid’s mind. Construction will supposedly start this summer and be completed by 2017. [Link]
And Kuwait, where’s our metro at?

Government is too busy giving out cash hand outs to people so that they can buy more Gucci, and hey it’s keeping everyone happy.
+1
lol
Kuwait doesn’t need a Metro. In a few more years all the expats will be deported and the roads will be free again 🙂
I agree!
if u decide to build up a metro one day.i know which company is going to build it up ^^
The government is giving us lots of many. Lets all ride Porche cars, eat 6KD burgers, pay +60 for the gym, dress from Tom Ford Versace LV, pay 100s for mobile bills and travel during weekends and summer.
Who cares about the future?!
Hah @ Kuwait Metro; let them fix the potholes in the roads first and get the power generation capacity up to par. Those trains run on electricity.
The government sure is wallowing in incompetence for not doing their basic job for this nation and that is…. a new metro and a new airport. This country is nothing without a new airport.
Lol @Mithai
I have never witness this much of law enforcement checking in Kuwait before.
if that metro pushes through, how may days/weeks/months before it gets pelted by rocks/eggs/what-nots?
Very proud that she studied with mom at the same university 🙂 well they weren’t friends, but I think she talked to her once back then!
No need for a metro. The brilliant strategy being implemented here for dealing with traffic congestion is to simply get rid of the people. Then the same decision makers will wonder why Kuwait can’t attract foreign companies or foreign investment.
Kuwait is so small I don’t think it needs a metro.
I got your metro right here.
Lol why do we need one if its too small? Are we this lazy?
