How u get on top of al-hamra?

this was back in 2010 and we went as a group invited to shoot pictures from the top while the tower was under construction.
The pictures you see from the top were taken leaning against the scaffolding coz that was the only way we could get a clear shot of the city below.

The Iranians have a bigger tower than Kuwait??? Note to Mr. Al Shaya; That tower you plan on building in the near future?? Here is the target height to reach to beat that.. 435.1 meters or more. You get to 2 birds with 1 stone..beat the Iranians plus break Al-Hamra’s record as the highest commercial tower in Kuwait 😉
why not target burj al Khalifa, why not the tallest.
