Gia, my favorite little cafe in Salmiya with all the quinoa salads is going to be expanding by taking over the space next door. They’re going to close down over Ramadan and use that time for the renovation. Currently the place is always packed in the evenings so the expansion should reduce the chance of not finding a place to sit. Check them on out on instagram @giakwt

Never mind, I just got it, the link wasn’t working before for some reason.
the place is awesome. But, one time I saw the female waitress was trying out the lemonade with a spoon then used she used the same spoon AGAIN to make sure, then she used it for the 3rd time to let her male colleague to try it. All was done inside the customer’s glass.
And I’m never having lemonade there again…
Who knows what else they do with their other stuff if they do stuff like that.
Why wouldn’t you just complain on the spot to management instead of here?
And “7th” you never know what else happens in any other place! Atleast the counter isn’t hidden and you can see everything unlike every other place you probably go to 🙂

I’ve never been there myself, but my wife and daughter had food poisoning last time they went to eat at Gia.
Damn good for them! Like that place.
I love this place but the last two times I went there the ac was broken :/

1. Lemonade is delicous! i doubt that spoon incident actually happend -“xeonali” you be trippin… why you hatin’ son?
2. People who got food poisoning probably had a samboosa from the place next door while waiting for a table, or have irritable bowel syndrome.

Gia is great… but I went once and a group of girls walked and gave me evil looks, like I had taken their table or something!!!
Next time I get delivery!
