When I first viewed the video above I didn’t think much of it since I’ve seen better shot videos of Kuwait. BUT, then I found out that if you click and hold down the mouse button on the video while it’s playing you could move around in 360. You could look up, down or turn around completely while the video is playing. That’s pretty cool. [YouTube]

It’s the called the 360 camera, you can type on YouTube (360 videos) or smth like that and you’ll see by yourself, it’s even better when you’re watching it on your iPad, you can tilt the whole iPad to look around.
But this video is not working for me, maybe when I open it via the app

Watch it on YouTube (not embedded on a site) on a mobile or tablet, then just pan or tilt your device to pan or tilt the 3D movie, a lot of these 3D videos are starting to appear on YouTube.
I was able to control it while embedded on the blog. I use chrome if that makes a difference
