Hmmm, even with the English accent and inspirational background music I can’t seem to buy any of this.
Funny, I was just reading a news that the government is raising the power and water tariffs, specifically for expats which is so unfair. Such kind of moves question their intentions of supporting foreign investments when they just make life harder for expats here.
Unfair? Excuse me I don’t remember non-Eu/Uk students paying 1/3 of the price of tuition to Universities?
Remind me again how much expats pay for health care? 1 Dinar stamp, I forgot? How about you go to the United States and see how much it will cost you ;).
By the way. They have recently increased the price of power / water tariffs for all companies not only only foreign companies and implementing an increase on ALL nationals. That Includes Kuwaitis.

And besides, don’t compare the UK/EU/US to Kuwait. Based on my experiences, they are leagues apart when it comes to how they treat expats. 🙂 example – Deporting someone for minor driving offenses and having BBQs on the beach 😀
