people should add their numbers on the name tag too
The dog might very well be microchiped. Take him to any of the vets in Kuwait to read his tag number.
I know -not personally- a blogger who lives in Mishrif and has similar dog! I wonder if its hers… let me see if i can remember whats her blog name and check it out!
well if she has a name tag the chances of her being micro-chipped are high…please take her to the nearest vet and check for a microchip and the owners can be located
The name printed on the collar could be a brand name not necessarily the name of the dog. Taking her to the vet is a good idea.
