These things are really bad, i’ve seen this plenty of times here in Kuwait where monkey have been placed on top of cars, bikes, SUV’s. The first time i’ve seen this way back in ’86 at Shaab park and i remember being so shocked seen this. Wish kuwait comes up with laws to protect abuse to animals like in the west.

we confiscate monkey’s every week from the Friday market along with other illegal animals and we do fine the owners. Yes kuwait does have laws and we’re working really hard on implementing them. We are even accompanied by law enforcement as several times we are personally attacked by the pathetic owners who think its ‘so cool’ to have a monkey, lion, cheetah …name it. If you ever see this kind of pathetic crap please dont hesitate call 112. They are required by law to inform the EPA and zera3a regarding this. Their employees have the right to confiscate and fine people for this behavior. We are trying to do something we just need more support from people observing this kinda juvenile behavior.
