The Ministry of Public Works have an app (Android and iOS) that allows you to submit complaints directly to them. Nowhere in their app description or inside the app does it mention what kind of complaints to submit but since it’s for the Ministry of Public Works I’m assuming it’s related to infrastructure like roads, parks, sewage etc..
The app looks outdated and is poorly designed even though it just got released a few months ago. I was also wondering why they had called it Emergency 150, but then I got a hunch and dialed 150 on my phone, turns out it’s their complaint hotline number. Who knew? If you want to download it here are the links: [iOS] [Android]
Thanks Mohammad

Will they also cater to complains by Expats? Just asking.
it says in the description of the app :
“This is a native application for smart devices that can be automatically downloaded from Google Play.
It is specially designed to receive complaints of citizens and residents of the State of Kuwait. ”

Hi Mark,
Would like to know if this App would help to get Speed Bumps on the road in front of our Building ?
Some people just drive insanely and I see that speed bumps are the only way that it would get them to reduce speed…
Thanks
You can ” Complain ” and see your luck
