Phase 4 at The Avenues was such a missed opportunity to do something a little different and interesting, other than more shops that already exist in Phase 1, 2 and 3. Shame…

There’s already something like this. Where you partially own a car or a monthly fee or smthn… don’t know the details but Volvo is pioneering this with one of its models. It’s more like car sharing.

I think you mean the subscription car makers are offering in select countries where you pay a monthly rate and you get a different car once or twice a month.
