Did anyone go to the Laugh for Life comedy event last night? According to a friend of mine, one of the comedians cracked some jokes related to my blog and they were good so if anyone has it on video please share!

I was there. If I remember correctly, there was a jab about being a corporate sellout and people getting used for negative comments about places.
I went, and it was a comedian called Anwar, who was BY FAR the best of the bunch in terms of delivery and comic timing. The rest were hit and miss, each had funny moments but their overall delivery felt more like listening to a funny friend as opposed to proper stand-up comedy
Back to Anwar, he made a crack about 248am “selling out to corporate overlords” but I think it was meant to mock the “haters” than you blog itself. Also there was another joke about daring to be Lebanese and have an online opinion, again addressed to the many idiots who flood your comments board whenever you express an opinion
We were asked not to take videos, since their material is uncensored and they don’t want attention from the wrong “bearded” people.
