Post by Mark

If you missed ComicCon last weekend because you were out of town, there is another comic festival taking place this weekend called ComFest. Last year ComFest turned out to be a fan favorite especially with cosplayers and its expected to be the same this year.

This year The Hound from Game of Thrones will be a guest at ComFest amongst other celebs who are mostly video game related. Entrance is KD5 and you can get a bit more details by clicking [Here]

The video on top is from last years ComFest.

Where was the advertising for this? This looks way better than comic con! This looks way better organized…

People rarely advertise their events, everyone just hopes people will show up. ComFest don’t even have any information on where to get tickets, you also can’t purchase tickets online, its a bit of a mess. I already told them this when I met with them last week.

ok i noticed they’ve updated their website and they now have a list of places that sell tickets as well as a delivery number. i’ll be getting mine at the door most likely.

Don’t buy it at the door Mark, the line will be sooooo long! Buy it before hand, so you can just walk in faster and not wait outside for too long

Comfest is amazing and a must visit. It was the most visited con last year and much much better than comic con. Everyone knows about it however i agree the advertisement is not a big as comic con. But trust me on this one….the amount of people that will show up is more than comic con…if not double

  3. Nasser says:

Booker T is gonna be there!

I am glad the advertising isnt big, that means only actually dedicated geeks will know about it and not the general population that will just ruin everything and trash the place.

The Hound isn’t going to comfest
