One of my favorite illustrators who also happens to be a good friend of mine is exhibiting her “Stories of Day & Night” project tonight at Al Makan. Nour Flayhan has been a resident at Al Makan for the past month or so working on this exhibition and it really looks beautiful.
“Stories of Day & Night” is a rewritten illustrated tale of the stars, a realignment, a play on the constellations, a dance of the sun, moons, and stars. So if you’re looking for something to do tonight drop by Al Makan and check it out but the work is going to be on display until the 23rd.
