The New Kuwait Airways Crew Uniforms

According to a source of mine, the Kuwait Airways flight attendants will start wearing their new uniforms starting next month. The new uniforms are supposedly by Armani and feature a number of different variations for the crew to choose from. Kuwait Airways posted the picture above on their instagram account but I was also able to get the images below that show the variations. If you’ve got clearer shots let me know since the ones below were photos taken off another phone.

Unlike other airlines, Kuwait Airways staff have to put up with a lot of crap.

I’ve flown with them many times, they’ve always been nothing but pleasant with me but, pretty much every single time I’m on one of their planes, there’s always a few unruly passengers who create drama. I’ve seen them try very hard for example to politely talk to passengers who refuse to go to the seat assigned to them or who refuse to put their carry-on in the compartment above them.

I always try to be extra nice to the staff because I can’t imagine what kind of shit they have to deal with day in and day out.

Gulf Air staff have got it rough too.

Putting up with crap and offloading that crap on other passengers makes for a crappy travel experience.

While I agree with you that the service industry is trying on most days, I have had enough bad experiences on KU (both towards myself and other passengers) to understand that customer service is simply not a priority.

While there are staff who are extremely good at what they do, they seem to be few and far between.

As always, I hope it changes for the better.

I agree, a lot of the drama happens because of retards who do not book they’re seats online and come late to the check-in so they get separated seats, and on the plane insist on sitting together and the adjacent passenger should not be a male passenger.

The man’s uniform is very hard to distinguish from an average suit.

Women’s is ok, but the second picture kinda looks like a housekeeper

At least, they don’t have to deal with alcohol induced air rage which typically is “a day in the life,” for your long haul Emirates cabin crew.
On crew uniforms, KU pretty much gets it right each time but what’s more important is who or what sits inside of that Armani designed uniform. Here’s hoping there would be far greater cabin crew diversity in the days to come to lend it a truly cosmopolitan flavour.

Hahaha air rage? I like that!
I’ve honestly never seen that, ever. Share some stories!

What do you mean by cabin crew diversity though? I’ve seen KA cabin crew who were East European, Filipino, Indian Egyptian, and Lebanese……..that’s pretty diverse.

I’ve seen air rage on British Airways flights from Kuwait to London. Drunk redfaced Brits ranting about the Gulf LOL

tell us about ur country since it clearly seems to be the finest country on earth and perfect at everything it does.

The uniform is neither styled or designed by Armani. This uniform is made in Tunisia. Designed by a company which makes office and hotel uniforms.
