Back in May I posted a rumor that Alshaya was bringing Garrett’s Popcorn to Kuwait and now it’s been officially announced. Alshaya signed an exclusive Middle East franchise partnership agreement with Garrett’s and they’ll be opening their first store later this year in the Avenues. [Link]

I still remember my days in Chicago (where they first started) in 1998 when I would wait to get out of college just to go get some Garretts to go home and watch a movie. It is the most amazing thing after nutella and Im glad its finally coming to Kuwait. Keep up the good work Shaya folks.
if it’s exclusive franchise then how come it’s opened already in Dubai Mall.
Dubai one owned by the family so they’re probably handing everything over to alshaya

Turned out very badly run here in Kuwait popcorn taste very old and soft they are not same like in Dubai tast good and fresh
