This is epic, when is this mall opening? Also, i heard a rumor that a different company is opening a cinema there, is this true ?

the other company is Alhamra and their first is Alhamra tower theater
Interesting set of shops, i can see it right now . Kuwaiti’s piling up in “Gucci Cafe” just because it belongs to Gucci lol, and they think it’s cool to spend a huge amount of money for a bottle of water x)
Some people are just plain rich, 1KD to them is just nothing of a big deal as 100Fills to you x)
Well i am a Kuwaiti, and im not saying im rich but, my family has wealth, it’s just we don’t go spending it around on useless shit like a 5KD bottle of water lol

Cavali canceled the agreement with hamra mall, its going to open at the avenue phase 3
Hamra tower fun fact : 1 million KD for the screen and the largest in kuwait! 🙂
That is so damn hilarious!! What about the tower?! LOL I believe that al hamra will be only the mall so basically the tower has been built for nothing!
the tower (also known as the business tower) will house offices and 2 sky lounges for business meetings and conferences!
I don’t think it will be fully occupied!
Theres already a large # of empty offices with low demad

Unfortunately, at least 2 of the brands mentioned in the initial list are not coming to Hamra. In addition, I also heard a rumor that Gucci will be opening but without a cafe.

I was kinda hoping there’d be an upmarket speciality foods store the likes of Fresh Market or Eataly opening a unit in Al Hambra. Would have spiced things up a notch besides ensuring a steady foot fall. After all the way to a shop-a-holic’s heart is through food and their stomach.

Expect it to smell twice as nice as Salhiya. The concept of luxury shopping destination seems to be over simplified with the opening of Avenues and 360 in Kuwait. Trust Al Hambra to be different. Vive la difference!

They were there but closed down for quite a while. I thought he was opening in The Avenues luxury wing until I read this post. 🙂
They still are there, pass by Ghadah who are the dealers.
