Bridge Sponsorship

Shuwaikh Bridge

How much does it cost to sponsor a bridge here in Kuwait and once I sponsor it would I be allowed to paint the whole bridge in fluorescent pink? I am sure it would look a million times better than the one pictured above and at least I would be adding much needed color to the Kuwaiti landscape.

Am currently working in an advertising agency…and we’re working on a mega project for a company, i asked that question..and apperently those bridges were rented out ages ago and the goverenment simply stopped renting them out as advertising space..so the lucky people who got them then have still got them.

We were trying our luck by trying to take up the sides of the new tunnel on the 5th ring road..but the government was like no no….which is a shame considering the traffic that passes.

man, i ask before the BALADIYA to take one Bridge in 5th Road to put our logo on it.. and they didn’t accept and if they will accept u must take the Consulting for Birdge to 10 years for future.. that mean u will make painting and if anything will happen to the birdge it’s ur resposiblity.. so take care before u take this desigion ..

goodluck

Go for a billboard instead near some area of constant traffic jams like Sheraton round-about.

I think they are rented for ages, maybe they paid for the construction in the first place, as you can see many ads are there for years and haven’t changed

Try going for Megas or mupies in and about Salmiya, Salem al Mubarak street for about 2 weeks since your target audience are mostly located there. (Kuwaitis and foreigners of the target age group) I know its expensive but a short campaign with a large dose of advertisement in a 1 km radius could be very effective.

I know a media agency who have the rights to project mega images on buildings via projectors and for a bargain too.

Let me know if ur interested.

I think some people are missing the point. I don’t want to advertise, the idea behind this post was to poke fun at those lame bridge advertisements.
