This reminds me of George Michael’s video “Outside”. There were two cops in it doing the nasty with each other. So, I guess this kind of thing happens everywhere. 🙂

There was no follow up on this issue. Was really interested to see how the issue will go.

Thats funny. You know how every action will have an equal reaction? one day a fundamentalist muslim MP will use this story to condemn women cops and the ministry of interior for hiring women cops. Just like they used similar stories to segregate collages.

Let us assume that the woman was not a cop, she would have done it with someone else and it wouldn’t matter. Same for the male cop.
I understand that it is the act of getting caught “doing it” in public that is more of a concern to the law than two people having sex. But then again, some people are forced to “do it” in public like animals because the law does not permit people to check in to hotel rooms to do their private business.
You may wish to look at this any way you like. Some may disagree with their actions and some might think it is human nature. But the bottom line, it is their private affair and their choice to do what they did.
let us also not forget that they are human and humans make mistakes…and that is sadly how some people learn in life.

Two cops having sex on duty in uniform in a patrol car is a huge offense anywhere in the world. Even in liberal Sweden you would get into a heap of trouble. Its not “their private affair and their choice to do it”. That would be the case only if they were NOT on duty and in uniform in a patrol car, IN PUBLIC.
These bastards abused their power, thinking no one would bust a cop, and doing exactly what they arrest people for everyday. I have zero sympathy for them, although they will probably get a lot of sex in prison (the wrong kind).

This abbreviated article barely mentioned anything. However back when this incident actually happened (a few weeks ago) all these incidents were mentioned in the Arabic press.
Also regardless of whether or not they were on duty, they still deserve to taste their own medicine. It doesn’t change the fact that they abused their power. It doesn’t change the fact that they are hypocrites. I bet you anything both of them would have been thrilled to arrest someone else in their position.

What do you mean by ‘it could have happened to anybody’? How? Its not like they were walking along when all of a sudden he tripped and ended up penetrating her? Its kind like saying ‘he beat me up by accident’, or ‘I didn’t mean to rape her’. It cannot just happen to anyone, unless they are intentionally doing it.
Yes we all make mistakes, and we have to pay for them. Society affords police a myriad of powers, and when the police abuse them the punishment should be harsher.
Its similar to a Cop who sells drugs. If he is caught he will get a tougher sentence than a full time drug dealer, because not only did he break the law, he abused his authority and violated the public’s trust.
And yes come on, who amongst us doesn’t hate cops? 🙂

most of the time it is just heresay and baseless rumors to fuel an action to satisfy an agenda.
None of this will happen if they allow unmarried couple to check into any hotels, then there will be no other reason to do it in the car or any inappropriate places.

It would seem that Chinease whisper plus Kuwaiti gossip has dramatically blown this story and embelished it beyond proportion. I spoke with some one from the ministry of Interior who has been following this issue and who also happens to be a close friend of mine; and explained to me that there were some wrong doings done by the mentioned police officers in the sense that they left the station unattended together without prior notice, which was looked upon as ‘questionable’, the matter was noticed when their superior discovered that there was no one at their station to which they responded that they left together to attend to a police call, the case is currently being investigated. There was no “patrol car” that caught them “red handed” or “making love in a car by the shore” that is all a fabricated adventure by a drama craving Kuwaiti public.
Whether those two officers actually went out for a police call, or they wanted to play ‘good cop – naughty cop’ i have no clue, i just know that we need to chill with this kind of gossip, and as challenging as it could come to some of us, we should try to actually think about what we choose to beleive.
Cops need love too. Maybe it was a mutual attraction to people in uniform….

When I read the familiar, Asian-maid-and-driver story which seems to be printed every week, they are always “committing an immoral act”! Also, the maid’s sponsor always catches them because he hears “strange noises coming from the maids room”!
Why don’t the cops enforce traffic laws to avoid tragic deaths on the roads instead of this. At the end of the day, guys and gals committing immoral acts is not killing lives on the roads!! Can someones please put convey this message to the MOI???
I agree with AndyQ8. By the way All the English Newspapers in Kuwait the Editors are Indians. Whenever are Indian Caught any Crimnal Act they always write Asian. If its Bengali or Sri-lankan They will write in Bold Letters and try to put in Front Page.

yesterday in newspaper they was rubbery in abbasiya and that happened in the day time around 11:25am,they newspaper says 4arabs wearing dishdasha robs a indian guy:)
