I didn’t find him to be so bad. All I care about in a DJ is that they don’t have a high pitched nasally voice like Linda, it pierces my ears.

I’m with Tweez. I too want the good Bug & Boldy show back. Those guys were great! They got a good gimmick, funny skits and know how to talk on the radio. They should also bring back the DJ for the Saturday Rock Hour show hosted by DJ Kitsune.

Thank God for that. Couldn’t stand him, he was so loud and talked nonsense, and the Nightride Battalion was outrageous! Well anyways, 99.7 just plays the same playlist on repeat mode, it’s about time they get some decent RJs and have some good shows worth listening to.

99.7 is a 7 song loop. The same songs all the time. Now we have to listen to that annoying IBIS hotel commercial. The lady sounds drunk or half a sleep!!!

Are you guys serious? He was really good! His songs were classics and he didnt always play the mainstream crap of today. And he was funny and kept it real unlike most of the people we see today.
I dont know what happened or what this video was about, but I hope everything is ok. I never listened to radio after I hooked up my ipod to my car but I used to tune into him even when I wasn’t in the car because he was great.
I lived in the States for 5 years, and nobody there was half as entertaining as him. Harram 3alaikom for being so harsh. Again, I dont know why he left but I’m just speaking to the people that called him terrible while he was still on radio. He really wasnt. And I hope he comes back.
Kitsune was pretty cool, although the show started to suck near the end, I hope he comes back. I always found him funny like when he was studying on air.
Bug and Baldy were phenomenal though… given the choice between one or the other I would choose bug and baldy over Kitsune. No offense to him if he reads this.
DJ Sherif sucked a#@ and everybody knows it .. if you say you enjoyed his show then I suppose you may need to go have your earing checked.

I don’t know, I’ve tuned into his show a couple of times and he puts on MUCH better music than Linda’s atrocious morning show.
I mean, I’ve heard some metallica, guns n roses, and queen a few times. A billion times better than those robots they make us listen to in the morning (not to mention those annoying promotions)
Honestly he pushed it a bit with the tone, but at least he was real, creative, and also he could relate to Kuwaiti society where as Linda is pathetic.
Shes been in Kuwait for god knows how long, I was told she is married to a Kuwaiti and lives in Jahra and she still cant pronounce one word of Arabic properly. She massacres the language with her yankee accent, even if she wasn’t married or lived in Jahra after all these years you should try to integrate at least out of respect for the language and culture of the country.
Her voice is annoying, her topics are irrelevant, and once again I must clearly state she massacres the Arabic language its an insult to Kuwaiti society in general. If she was in France, China, or even Qatar (any Arab country) they would be a bit more protective of their culture (language.)
Again more or less the entire selection presented to us by 99.7 is degrading and offensive.

Thank god he’s gone. I don’t know how anyone can actually say they enjoyed his music. WHAT music??? I could get into my car, turn on my radio and he’d be talking. I’d drive and literally 30mins later he’s still talking and not a tune played!! He was high on every show. They should privatize 99.7 maybe then we’d get some quality. And Linda, yeah she’s not brilliant but let’s not pick on her about the god damn ads. She’s MADE to do them guys.
