Four students from Al-Bayan Bilingual School are putting together a small fund raising event with all the proceeds going towards cancer research. The four students have had friends and relatives diagnosed with the disease and they’re hoping the money made from this event will help in the struggle to finding a cure. With the support of some sponsors they rented the ballroom at the Movenpick Hotel in the free trade zone and rented out booths to different businesses. It’s kinda like an indoor carnival which is convenient with the weather we’re currently having. So pass by them this Saturday and buy something.

Its not a scam. It’s their psychology project. And I know the students that are making this event. They’re really serious about this cause!
Its not a scam, I talked to the students who are doing this event and one of them one of his family member really close to him died because of cancer. They’re doing this to find a cure for cancer. Also they’re planning for doing this event bigger next year and its a really sesitive subject and they knwo that God is up. I hope that we can find more youth caring about cancer patients and diabetes.
