Not much information on this residential building but from the renderings and the bit of information that is available, it looks like we’re finally getting a decent looking high-rise residential tower. [Link]

If my understanding is correct, Ghazwa غزوة in Arabic means raid. What kind of a name is that for a building?
The new Massaleh Tower (which you pass by on your way to Core Fitness) will open in September and it will be 40 stories high
Yea I live in the same area and have been hugely annoyed by the people parking on the two sides of the small road which gives only one lane to cars to get in and out to the other buildings !
I can’t wait till this sh*t is over ! They have been annoying us for like 3-4 years.
the initial impression of the renderings and description looks like the apartments will be the size of sardine cans.
I think this is located at Mahboola, sea-side, opposite Pizza Hut/Burger King.
Question: Why can’t we have residential towers like they do in Sharjah? First 3-4 floors of the building are parking, and they’re all high-rise. (Although a helipad on every darn building is a huge overkill).
Why waste 3-4 floors on parking for free when you can have 4-6 tiny apartments instead in each floor. Cars belong in the streets not on floors, also basements should be used only for the purpose they were built for; Storage.
The old ghazwa complex was located in shaab,nexr to 3d ring road. It was a nice, cozy and a very spacious complex. But yeah who needs it. But yes, better to demolish it and built a skyCRAPer with super tiny apartments
