There are three buildings I bike past on my way to the gym and it looks like they’re nearly completed but I have no idea what they are. The structure is located right outside the Green Island entrance and they look like they will be turned into restaurants but I couldn’t find any sign or logo hinting to anything. Does anyone know what will be opening there?

Kuwait Mall is still on design stage. Is still a go although no date has been set yet. The location is between road 30 & 40 opposite to Fahaheel.
It should be ticket counters for the new Dolphin Park or the National Botanical Gardens that should be built on the Green Island. Even Dubai have not built indoor botanical gardens. I would bring consultants in from Singapore to build it and it would be the first in the Middle-East. It would be a great project for the nation, but then you would have to have a government who thinks along these lines. Let me run this country for a year, wow would it look different. I certainly would clean and landscape this nation and change the demeaner by doing this.
