There is a pretty strange/interesting post on Gizmodo by one of their senior reporters about when he lived in Kuwait for a short period right after the 1990 invasion. It’s strange because it’s so random and interesting because it’s a story about his yellow Sony Walkman and his tapes. I always wanted a yellow Walkman but never got one and sadly it’s too late to get one now. I wonder why Sony hasn’t released a yellow waterproof mp3 player yet. Anyway check out his post [Here]

I was more concerned about the dog. But what could he do anyway. I think it was alright. Stray dogs are extremely smart dogs.

i had 2 yellow walkmans… i think i still have one of them as part of the junk at home in leb. the digital one which was supposed to be awesome at the time! u could have it if u want it LOL

It would be really interesting to see his take on kuwait in it’s current conditions. Post war and all. Although probably the only difference may be that our society climbed up 4 or 5 flights of the civilzed stairs! An vast improvement nonetheless. I love Q8.
