They deliver to companies and banks downtown only and up to 5 pm …
They are doing it since 3 1/2 months now. from 8am to 5pm only in City area. New 2472221/ OLD 2438792

but I don’t recommend it if ur office is quite far

I guess its not MacDonalds that deliver. I guess it is some company does this service, otherwise the number would be 8xxxxx.
yea its amazing and the food always arrives hot and yummy, not like when we send our driver ;P

This is a complaint regarding my order through Mcdelivery website today 19th May 2016. Ref order number : 47/19/05/2016- 49084
I had ordered for
1 Big Mac Medium meal
1 Small McFries
1 Grand Chicken Spicy Sandwich only
I received a confirmation mail right after placing the order and the Billed amount was KD 4.100 including the delivery charge.
After 45 mins the driver came to alshaya head office with my order and the Grand Chicken Spicy sandwich was missing. I called the call center and they were arguing saying that I did not order for it . Why will i get an email confirmation then? After speaking to the call center supervisor he told me that the sandwich I asked for Is not available in that particular store. He said there is a system mistake so your grand sandwich is not showing on the order.
Why do you put it on the website then? It is a best selling sandwich and must be available everywhere at all times.
Then he apologized and I request for the spicy mcchicken sandwich which got delivered after 40 mins. My lunch break is only for an hour. this is completely insane.
