In regards to the post below, Nat was able to get a ticket to Kuwait because she used her Beirut to Kuwait ticket. Her original Jazeera Airways flight which was supposed to take off from Beirut on Sunday took off from Damascus instead. I was worried Jazeera would cancel her ticket “by mistake” but they didn’t and honored her ticket and even her seat number.
I have already mentioned a whole bunch of times on this blog how great Jazeera Airways is and their recent actions in regard to the war in Lebanon has been extraordinary.

That’s strange, I called Al Jazeera a coupld of days ago while my friend was still escaping Lebanon cause I read they offered free rides back home. The guy said they don’t, took WAY too long to check if they did have any available seats. When I asked him which would be faster for her to get home. He’s like where is she. I told him she was in Lebanon, and he said “Yes, Beirut airport.” I’m like dude its been bombed, I mean should she stop in syria or go on to Jordan, and he’s like it doesn’t matter. I seriously didn’t like their customer service, wasn’t impressed.
They graciously allowed me to change the destination and dates of my already confirmed round trip KWI-BEY-KWI at no extra charge…
Better yet, it was all done over the phone! ^_^
My gut feeling is “dishevelled” works for a rival airline company, more in keeping with a dishevelled Kuwait Airways, perhaps?!
