The guy has an X5M, Baller!
and there goes his car.
Kind of reminds me of the Secret House you posted a while back.
same architects
this house is next to the first round about when you enter nuzha from the second ring road. its beautiful
OLD, seen it two years ago, CEO of http://www.masahati.com/ showed it to me.
el 3egedy the CEO. :p
My Dream House , Il Build a house similar to this when I Become A Doctor . Insha Allah 😀
mine too. I’ll build the same one after selling my first container of cocaine.
I don’t know how long the house has been there, but I only noticed it today (before reading your post). And that was mainly bcoz I was stuck waiting to get down into the roundabout, and the house is basically in front of me. It’s actually hard to miss.
It’s modern sleek minimalist design caught my attention immediately. Actually, the super smooth clean paint is what caught my attention. It was hard not to notice that.
It’s either a new house or the pics are way better than the reality, I’ve never noticed it before. I mean, I exit Nuzha hundreds of times from that exit, and I only noticed it today.
very nice amazing one i love the simplicity of the design <3 <3
Masha’Allah, A really beautiful house.
Looks kind of better in the pictures than reality. But definetly the exterior is amazing, the interior not so much..
If anyone’s interested in their other projects

Absolutely stunning! Would love to go inside. Will drive there this week and see how it looks in real.
a declaration of trespassing, nice!
i like it.. bs looks like a hotel not a home
there are no personal touches whatsoever
and nothing that indicates someone is living there…
definitely needs more personal touches…whats a home without them?
I agree, it’s too sterile and boring. I would rather live in an arabi tent with sat tv and wireless and an ATV outside ready for fun lol
