I’ve been hearing a lot of positive stuff about Aramex’s Shop & Ship service lately. K.thekuwaiti keeps telling me how he keeps getting everything really quickly and SomeContrast posted the other day that you can now even pay with Knet on delivery. I had a lot of problems with Aramex before which I made very clear on this blog but it seems they’ve improved a lot since then so I’ve decided to try them out again.
So far the experience has been positive. I called Aramex up on the new hotline number and I was instantly able to get a hold of customer service, something that was impossible to do when I last used them since their lines used to be always busy. I will try them out for my next few shipments and post my experience with them here on the blog. Looks promising so far.

i just opened a new mailbox lately with ARAMEX, and am satisfied with them so far ….
I really hope so it’s true, since usws service started to suck !
My brother quite using ARAMEX for his paperwork and magazines since they started using clear bags to ship these items!
what we need now is cheaper prices, since the prices are getting CRAZY now!!
I have to pay approx the same product’s price to the shipping company!!!!!
oooh realy ?! cuz i see it soo reasonable when you compare it with other delivery companies such as DHL . the shipment fees depends on the product wieght.
I’ve been using them for 6 months and they’ve been excellent. Our house is difficult to find, but they’re the only company I gave directions to only once! They send the same driver since he knows the place.

They are amazing and i get everything in good time and reliable safety.
Have been using them since last year… great service … everything arraives on time.. never late… & i was out of Kuwait for a month & i had a pakage waiting .. one phone call & it was on my door next morning.

FedEx are amazing, so far my experience with Aramex consists of a rejected Air Intake cleaning kit, because it’s liquid, and I ended up paying them to send the kits back to the dealer.
how do u browse through the catalogues, i registered but could not view any items, also can i buy any thing other than their catalogues from another website through Aramex.??
Few months back, I received an email from someone at Aramex Shop&Ship offering me a free mailbox because I had referred their service somewhere. I replied back thanking them for the offer and giving my contact details, and the person wrote back saying someone will contact me personally.
I am still waiting.
In the meantime, I am using Ushop we ship.

We are pleased to announce the launch of DHL@HOME a new service by DHL which offers you a personal mailing address in U.S.A. allowing you to shop online and receive packages such as internet orders, gifts and more for personal use.
The charges for subscribing to this service are as follows:
Lifetime subscription: KD 10/-
Shipping charges: 1st ½ Kg KD 2.500 and every additional ½ Kg KD 2.000 (chargeable weight – Volume/Actual wt. whichever is higher).
Payment: Cash on delivery.
Custom Duty will be charged @ 5% CIF plus any other clearance & handling charges applied by Kuwait Customs.
We can offer Insurance upon request calculated @ 2% C&F.
Shipping frequency is twice a week, Packages will be shipped on Monday & Thursday.
If the packages received in the mailbox miss the cut off time it will be shipped by the next scheduled flight.
Transit Period from USA – Kuwait is 7-8 working days plus 2-3 working days in Kuwait customs for clearance.
All shipments will pass by Kuwait customs, shipments held in MOH/MOC/MOI for Cosmetics/Medicines/Electronics might require approval which you have to provide so as to enable to do further clearance.
Restricted Items:
Shipment is unacceptable for transportation if it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA. Items prohibited to be shipped include animals, currency bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotic/drugs.

First half kg is 2.500 kd then 1.750 for every half kg.
It will be even less if you pay online (minimum 10% less.)
there used to be a service named iec q8 ( i dunn remember the name exactly ) in hawally , is this company still in business . they offered real low prices and good service .
