What happened here?

According to a friend of mine this happened last night and the owner was found dead. I haven’t confirmed the story so no idea if that’s true or not.

Partying or Murder?… or if he’s really old maybe a sudden heart attack.
Who would ride that massive boat on their own? All night?

On a late dark night, a sailor set sail. he didn’t know what was coming, but he gazed upon the dark horizon. in that night, the water crumbled with fear, fear of the unknown. The sailor’s heart panicked and his eyes couldn’t believe, couldn’t believe the monstrosity that was coming towards him. As a hole tore down the water, the monster rise. The helpless screams echoed the gulf, but there was no escape from the scene. The sharp claws tore down the sailors foundation, and ripped his heart apart, Leaving nothing but sorrow and blood. The monster feasted and the sailor scattered, and the truth remains a mystery. Nothing but the lonely ship that tangles on the beach, and the nightmares, of the dead sailor.
Totally plausible ayh?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but it looks like he missed the entrance by three metres or so. its a mistake that drunkenness got nothing to do with. maybe.

I talked to one of the guys that was trying to help move the yacht and he said that the anchor snapped and the yacht drifted onto the rocks. I saw it next to Soug Sharg and it does look like it drifted onto the rocks rather than smashing into them.

Hi,

This is actually my dad’s boat. He usually has it parked in Souq Sharq. My dad was out of town and my uncle took it out with his kids but the engine has been giving us problems lately and it just turned off leaving my uncle and his kids stranded around that area. So my uncle anchored the boat and took his kids on one of those small speed boats back home and he asked our captain (who wasn’t with him) to come get the boat asap. The captain never came, and the boat anchor ripped causing the boat to drift off and hit the rocks. We had to get a crane to remove the boat and we’re currently checking if the damages are repairable. So no drunkenness or anything. Just bad luck with a boat engine.
